While we are facing serious threats to the industry\, there is still time to make your voice heard.\n\n\n\nJoin us for the Legislative Update on June 11 at the Murrieta Chamber of Commerce to learn the true impact of these bills and what you can do to share your concerns.\n\n\n\nJust Cause: AB 1481 (Grayson) OPPOSE\n\nRent Caps: AB 1482 (Chiu) OPPOSE\n\nTenant Associations: (Durazo) OPPOSE\n\n    This event is FREE for Rental Owners and Property Managers of the Southern California Rental Housing     Association.\n\n\n\nPre-registration is required.
