Ballet Folklorico ~ A Cinco de Mayo Celebration

Murrieta Valley Unified School District's Ballet Foklorico presents ''Corazón de mi tierra'' a district-wide program that promotes Mexican Heritage Arts through the music and dance. As a club that existed previously since 1998 only at Murrieta Valley High School, this same group of dedicated students now meets with students from Murrieta Mesa, Vista Murrieta and Creekside high schools under the direction of Adriana Alarcón at MMHS and Caroline Awbrey at VMHS. The show features regional dances from the varying regions of Mexico. It will be a 2 hour program.
