Healthy individuals 16 years of age may donate with wirtten parental consent. Those who have celebrated their 76th birthday must provide annual, written physician consent. All prospective donors should be free of infections or illness, wiegh at least 110 pounds and not be at risk for AIDS or hepatitis. FREE mini-physical as part of the donation process. Donating blood takes about an hour.
