Free Guardians of Health Expo

Learn How to Live a Long & Healthy Life at the Guardians of Health Expo! Take command of your health at our second annual Wellness Expo! This event will equip the residents of Temecula, Murrieta and surrounding areas on how to fight against symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, digestion issues, weight concerns, and more. The Guardians of Health Expo is put on by the Optimal Wellness Network and is a free event to educate our community on how to live healthy lives. The Optimal Wellness Network was formed in the Inland Valley area in order to teach people how to “OWN your health.” The Optimal Wellness Network offers a variety of wellness services including integrative medicine, nutrition, thermography, stem cell treatment, reiki, massage therapy, yoga, etc. By utilizing the services offered through the Optimal Wellness Network, you can get the results that you need and end up saving time and money. At the Guardians of Health Expo a wide variety of wellness providers from the community will be available to help guide you on your path to optimal health. There will be free refreshments/food, raffle, free cholesterol screenings, body fat analysis, B12 shots, kids activities such as a bounce house, wellness demonstrations, talks, and wellness specials. Come learn how to live a happy and healthy life at this free event that is sure to entertain and educate the whole family! The Guardians of Health Expo will provide you with health and wellness information and the opportunity to get all of your health related questions answered.
