Kitten Yoga at Animal Friends of the Valleys!

Practice your poses and say hello to our adoptable kittens with an hour-long yoga session led by Michelle Rotell of Sweat Cardio & Yoga at AFV! You never know, you might meet your newest furry family member! While we will have extras available, please be prepared to bring your own yoga mat and water and be ready to have an amazing time! All proceeds from this awesome event go to Animal Friends of the Valleys going straight to work helping thousands of animals—both at the shelter and through animal programs all across the communities we serve.
