The Southern California Rental Housing Association Lobbying Team continues their efforts to stop 'Just Cause' and 'Rent Cap' legislation moving through the state legislature. While we are facing serious threats to the industry, there is still time to make your voice heard.

    This event is FREE for Rental Owners and Property Managers of the Southern California Rental Housing     Association.

Pre-registration is required. Non-members must verify ownership in advance or proof of ownership (copy of property tax, property insurance certificate) and a photo ID matching the name on the provided documentation at the event. Property managers will need to provide proof of management.
